Refundable Deposit + Admin Fee

To volunteer with FestiBarrow for the 2011 festival season you will be required to pay a £10 admin fee to process your application, and a £100 deposit to secure your place at your chosen event(s).
After applying you will be added to our staffing database for life, receiving emails everytime that we have new events available for you to work at.
Once your application has been received by us, we will send you an email (usually within 48 hours) asking you to call and confirm which events you would like to work at with us. Please keep an eye out for this email!

When you call to confirm your chosen event(s) we will request that you transfer your £100 deposit to secure your place as a volunteer. We will do our best to refund your deposit straight after the final event that you work at with us, but due to our busy schedule it may not be refunded until the end of the festival season. To ensure that your deposit is returned in full, please comply with the rules below:
- You will arrive at each festival that you have signed up for on time (arrival dates and times will be emailed to successful applicants).
- You will email a copy of your passport or driving license to lewis@festibarrow.co.uk.
- You will work the hours requested by FestiBarrow (please note that these hours may clash with some band/ set times) and you will turn up for each working day on time, ready to work.
- You will stay for 1 day after the festival has finished, assisting in any further FestiBarrow operations.
- Whilst working for FestiBarrow you WILL NOT be under the influence of alcohol.
- Any person caught with, or under the influence of, any illegal substances will be removed from site and reported to the Police.
Any successful candidate who fails to comply with the above rules will forfeit the right to have their deposit returned.
PLEASE NOTE: All applications will be considered by the FestiBarrow team, but the more events that you want to work with us at, the better. We aim to be as fair and open as possible with our selection policy which is based on: Experience, number of events you are willing to attend + the time and date of application (first come, first serve). With over 750 volunteer spaces to fill over the course of the season, there is a good chance of us being able to get you involved.
